This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) explains how Leap Platforms, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Leap,” “we,” “us” or “our”), handles information in connection with the website located at leap.xyz (the “Site”), informational website about Leap.
1. Summary. The Site is a static, informational website. We do not ask for, collect, or store personal information through the Site. There are no accounts, forms, waitlists, newsletters, analytics or advertising trackers on the Site.
2. Information we do not collect. We do not collect your name, email address, postal address, telephone number, wallet address, or payment information through the Site. We do not create profiles about you, and we do not track you across other websites or services.
3. Server logs. The Site is delivered by a third-party hosting and content delivery provider. 8. International visitors. The Site is operated from the United States and is hosted on infrastructure that may be located in the United States and other countries. By using the Site you understand that any technical information described in Section 3 may be processed in those countries.
9. Changes to this Policy. We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. If we begin collecting personal information through the Site - for example, if we add a waitlist, newsletter or contact form - we will update this Policy before or at the time we begin doing so.
